Calsense Announces Leadership Changes Hammes Named CEO; van de Ven Becomes Chair and CTO

CARLSBAD, Calif. — April 14, 2026 — Calsense announced changes to its executive team to support the company’s next stage of growth.
Jarrod Hammes has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer, leading product development and operational improvements.
A.J. van de Ven, formerly CEO, will move into the role of Chair and Chief Technical Officer. He will focus on technology and innovation. Lisa Larson, previously Vice President of Corporate Development, has been named Chief Operating Officer.
“This team is focused on delivering reliable solutions, supporting our customers, and continuing to innovate,” said Hammes.
Van de Ven has led Calsense since 2016, guiding the company through major industry challenges and strengthening its long-term position.
With these changes, Calsense will continue investing in product innovation, operations, and customer success to improve water efficiency for commercial and municipal customers.
